BORREGO SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1995--The smallest commercial bank in San Diego County is one of the U.S. Small Business Administration's biggest lenders in the area.
Among commercial banks, the SBA ranks Borrego Springs second in the number of SBA loans, second in the number of SBA loans to minorities and first in the number of SBA loans to exporting companies, according to the September "SBA Quarterly," a newsletter from the Finance and Investment Division of the SBA's San Diego District office.
