LOUIS -- Laird Technologies, Inc., a global leader in the design and supply of critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, today announced its acquisition of Ezurio, Ltd., a privately-held company and leading supplier of short range wireless M2M (Machine-to-Machine) solutions. Ezurio's sales revenues in the 12 months ending December 31, 2007, were approximately $8 million - an increase of 24% over the same period in 2006.
