The KMS-750MLH Serenity series crescent cube ice machine is 75 percent quieter than traditional remote units, according to the manufacturer. The unit utilizes a remote condenser and compressor stationed outside the kitchen and away from customer usage. The ice machine produces up to 770 pounds of ice per 24 hours. A stainless steel evaporator allows for individual crescent cubes to be formed on both sides of the evaporator.
