Peshawar , February 09 (PPI) The NWFP Caretaker Minister for Local Government and Rural Development Abdul Haleem Qasuria while lauding the services of poets and writers in promotion of literature and reformation of society has paid rich tributes to the role of Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) in ensuring welfare of literatures in the province.
