For the past few weeks I and many of my friends and colleagues have been receiving up to three calls a day, whereby a recording blurts out "Cash in a Flash" .
This is annoying and a total invasion of privacy. What I want to know is, is this legal? And how can the cellphone operators allow this type of invasion?
