Serco today announced it will help West Sussex County Council (WSCC) to save in excess of 25% of its desktop budget over seven years after agreeing a GBP14 million contract. Serco will introduce new processes, tools and techniques to manage the desktop services more effectively, delivering improved service levels at a lower cost, whilst also offering access to its wider ITS and business process capabilities.
