Irish made it 12 wins from 13 starts as they recorded the double over Kippax at Savile Park. Former Halifax centre Chris Norman was outstanding along with Chris Holroyd and Paul O'Byrne against the outclassed but gallant Castleford outfit.
With Graham Charlesworth making a welcome return from injury the Irish, despite failing to hit top form, were clinical in attack as they racked up seven tries for another valuable two points.
