Sahaj signs pact to set up centres for power bill collections
Kolkata, Feb 13 (PTI) Rural people in West Bengal will be able to pay their electricity bills right at their doorsteps following an agreement between the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (WBSEDCL) and Sahaj e-Village, a subsidiary of SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd.
The agreement was signed today to enable 4,937 rural community service centres (CSCs) to collect power bill payments in rural areas of the state as an effort to provide citizen centric services.
