COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- American Telecasting, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATEL) announced today that it has acquired an additional 20 channels for its Toledo, Ohio, wireless cable television system and an additional four channels for its Lincoln, Nebraska, system. The additional channel rights were acquired from Wireless Cable, Inc. and United States Wireless Systems, Inc., in exchange for certain American Telecasting, Inc. channel rights in Rockford, Illinois, and Brownsville and McAllen, Texas, plus up to $472,000 in cash.
