Newly enlarged food manufacturing company, Glendale Foods, formed through the merger of Glendale Frozen Foods with specialist sausage producer Supreme Foods, has announced the acquisition of the award-winning Great British Pudding Company, the Northampton-based savoury and sweet puddings business. The purchase of all brand marketing and manufacturing rights increases annual sales, with further growth envisaged through diversification into the chip shop and chilled foods sectors as well as exporting to European markets.
