LACEY, Wash., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Moduline Industries (Canada) Ltd., a subsidiary of Champion Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CHB) announced today the acquisition of New Horizon Manufactured Homes of Alberta, Canada. The total purchase price of $3.9 million U.S. ($5.2 million Canadian) includes a cash payment of approximately $3.2 million U.S. ($4.2 million Canadian) and a deferred payment of $700,000 U.S. ($1.0 million Canadian).
