Sistema VP joins MTS board of directors
MOSCOW. Feb. 15. (Interfax) - Shareholders in Mobile Telesystems (RTS: MTSS) (MTS) elected the company's new board of directors at an extraordinary meeting on Friday, said an Interfax correspondent present at the meeting.
Accepted to the MTS board is Sistema's (RTS: AFKS) head of telecom asset development Vitaly Saveliev. Saveliev has replaced Anton Abugov, Sistema's first vice president and head of development and strategy.
