WILMINGTON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 1995--Target Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:CFON) announced today that it has expanded its board to six directors, and that Dr. Donald McCoy has been elected to the board as Target's third independent director. Target manufactures and distributes C-Phone, a PC-based desktop video conferencing solution.
Dr. McCoy, who is an independent consultant, was the vice president of technology at CBS Inc. from 1983 to 1987.
