HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND NATIONAL PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION TEAM UP TO BUILD FIRST PROPANE-POWERED HABITAT HOME

LISLE, Ill., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Thanks to a new partnership between Habitat for Humanity -- Matthews and the National Propane Gas Association, Kay Oke and her son will soon move into the first Habitat home heated entirely by energy-efficient propane.

All the appliances in the home, which will be built this fall at Habitat for Humanity's Fullwood Trace community in Matthews, will be fueled by propane. These include a propane heating and cooling system, clothes dryer, range, water heater and grill.
