While Western investment capital is still fighting shy of South Africa, Asian businesses are actively pursuing investment potential. Guy Arnold reports.
According to one of Africa's leading economists, Mr Tony Hawkins of Harare, South Africa is currently the continent's sole economic star with $11bn of direct foreign investment. "Multinational companies cannot afford to ignore the country. It's essential to move in."
