NEW YORK--Arlee Home Fashions Inc., a $70 million supplier of decorative pillows and other home accessories, is negotiating to buy a table linen company.
"We will have an announcement about our table linen acquisition in a few weeks," said Bud Frankle, president. He did not disclose the name of the company.
Industry sources said Arlee has been having on-and-off talks with Decor Home Fashions and that the company was for sale. Gene Baranoff, Decor's chairman and chief executive, would not comment.
