THE Government is planning to cut the number of people on incapacity benefit using family doctors.
It is explore how GPs can help transform Britain's "sick-note culture" into a "well-note culture," said Health Secretary Alan Johnson.
He will use a speech to the British Heart Foundation tomorrow to stress the need to focus on what people can do, not what they cannot do.
