WASHINGTON -- In early preparation for next year's election, the Clinton administration has begun an initiative to highlight its contributions to the oil and gas industry.
A first look at the administration's line on oil and gas came last week from the Department of Energy's (DOE) new associate deputy secretary of energy programs, Kyle Simpson. He spoke with The Oil Daily in his office after a brief talk before the industry and lawmakers in Washington last week.
