The Williamson County School District lies south of Nashville in Franklin, TN. The district has 35 schools with more than four million sq. ft. of building space, and includes more than 26,000 students and 3,000 teachers. It is growing at the rate of 1,600 students annually. The maintenance budget typically runs more than $5M for operations and more than $3M for capital expenditures.
