BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 31, 1995--Unisys Corp. and Ficke & Associates of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tuesday announced a cooperative marketing agreement.
Under the agreement, Unisys and Ficke will market solutions that give citizens direct telephone access -- without intervention from agency personnel -- to government information and services.
The combination of the Unisys U 6000 UNIX platform and Ficke's Response Information Management System, or RIMS, lets citizens request information and transact business by selecting from voice menu options and entering data via their Touch Tone key pads.
