AN "ANGRY young man" struggling to come to terms with the tragic death of his brother has been warned he has to stick to the law.
Daniel Cowlbeck (19) - whose younger sibling Craig drowned in the River Nene last year - appeared at Peterborough Crown Court,
where he faced jail for breaking the terms of a suspended sentence.
Judge Nicholas Coleman did not imprison him, but said he had been given several chances by the courts and could not continue to use his brother's death as an excuse.
He said: "I know what happened to him, and I am sorry. But you have to abide by the order of the court, and have to be punished."
