THE city council is spearheading a plan to bring an end to homelessness in the city.
The plan, which covers the next three years, has been drawn up with local housing associations, landlords and members of the public.
As well as trying to help people who are already on the street, the plan also aims to try to stop people currently housed falling through the cracks and becoming homeless.
