(Nasdaq National Market:CMTI), a provider of medical transportation services in the New York metropolitan area, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the operating assets of Hunter Ambulance, Inc. and Hunter Ambulette-Ambulance, Inc. (the "Hunter companies").
