WELS Hattr actions pulled in more visitors last year, despite claims that Government under funding is "greatly inhibiting" Britain's tourism industry from competing with foreign rivals.
Attendance figures for 2007 released yesterday by the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA) show a rise in overall visitor numbers for Welsh attractions, even though they fall outside the top 30 UK list.
