Central Europe's modern industrial space grows by more than 20% y/y in '07 - C&W report
PRAGUE. FEBRUARY 26. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Central Europe's modern industrial space last year expanded by 2.2 million square meters (sqm) - more than 20% year on year (y/y) - with about half of that figure completed in Poland, while the Czech Republic witnessed a near doubling of development of industrial space, property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) reported Tuesday.
"Given its size, Poland's primacy is not surprising," said Ferdinand Hlobil, head of C&W's Central European industrial team, as quoted in the company's CE Industrial Market report. ...
