CRANBURY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 1995--Matrix Development Group has signed McLean Engineering, a ZERO Corporation company as the anchor tenant for its Northeast Business Park in Washington Township, N.J.
The new facility allows McLean to expand the manufacturing operations currently conducted at its Princeton Junction site and retain its 170 high-tech workers employed there.
McLean agreed to purchase 16 acres at Matrix's Northeast Business Park for initial construction of a 115,000 square-foot manufacturing facility. The site can accommodate construction of more than 200,000 square feet and provides for future growth of McLean Engineering and its ...
