YONKERS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 7, 1995--Community Medical Transport, Inc. (Nasdaq National Market:CMTI) today reported unaudited financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 1995.
Revenues for the third quarter of 1995 increased 68% to $1,730,000 from $1,033,000 in the same period last year. Pro forma net income rose 42% to $152,000 or $.05 per share compared to $107,000 or $.06 per share in the third quarter of 1994. There were 57% more shares outstanding in the 1995 third quarter as a result of the Company's initial public offering on October 1, 1994. (See accompanying table for nine month results).
