ALICE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1995--Ponder Industries Inc. (NASDAQ, NM, BSE:PNDR), an oilfield service company specializing in fishing tools for the recovery of unwanted obstructions in the bore holes of oil wells, has acquired Apex Tools, of Healdton, Okla. in a cash transaction.
Apex Tools is a 45-year-old, privately-held supplier of fishing tools with annual revenues of approximately $1 million, serving several major oil companies and independent oil and gas production companies in Southern Oklahoma.
