OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The directors of Summit Environmental Corporation (Pink Sheets: SEVT) elected John Brooks and Dr. Mohsen Amiran as directors to fill recent director vacancies, announced Thomas Kenan, counsel to and a director of Summit. In addition, Mr. Brooks was appointed President of the company and Dr. Amiran was appointed Executive Vice President of the company.
