MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Minnesota Monthly Publications, Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase the franchise rights to WHERE Twin Cities from Fanfare Communications of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
WHERE Twin Cities is published monthly as an activities and information guide for business and leisure travelers to the Minneapolis- St. Paul region.
