Two reports released on Tuesday looked at mobile TV and found a startling conclusion: everyone wants it for their next phone but only if the quality isn't still worthless.
A study by CNN and Ericsson showed that 34% of respondents ranked TV as the most in-demand mobile application and 44% of all respondents planned to partake in mobile TV in the next two years.
An M:Metrics study, commissioned by Tellabs, also looked at this desire and sees it as a $270 million opportunity.
