FOLLOWING the disappointment of a Citylink Scottish Cup exit, Camelon bounced back in style with a convincing victory over the reigning league champions.
It did take a goal two minutes from time but, make no mistake, the Mariners were well worth the three points - making it seven away wins
out of seven in the league.
Indeed, the final margin could have been much wider.
Afterwards, the referee conceded he had disallowed a perfectly good Camelon goal.
That, along with a combination of great goalkeeping, a couple of goal line clearances and the woodwork prevented Rose from suffering a heavier defeat.
