First Union Real Estate Investments (NYSE: FUR), announced today that Judge Leslie Brooks Wells postponed the trial of its securities fraud case against Richard M. Osborne, his investment fund, Turkey Vulture Fund XIII Ltd., and Mark Escaja, Chief Financial Officer of The Wolstein Group and Heritage Capital Corporation, until January 3, 1996 at the request of Mr. Osborne's attorneys.
