European Commission closely following Russian-Ukrainian gas dispute (Part 2)
BRUSSELS. March 3 (Interfax) - Russian gas is being shipped to consumers in the European Union as before, but the European Commission is keeping a close watch on the Russian-Ukrainian gas dispute, reminding both countries that the dispute should not in any way impact gas supplies to the European Union, European Commission energy spokesman Ferran Terradellas said on Monday.
In principle, the European Commission does not intervene in the settlement of commercial conflicts between entities outside the European Union, he said.
