Long distance lorry driver Mark Wane hauled Kirkham and Wesham back into the FA Vase with a special delivery.
Kirkham's leading scorer was in the LEP Sunday League for Arkwright's last term, but his sixth goal in the competition on Saturday kept Wembley hopes alive.
