A Rye duo are running in the Hastings Half Marathon this month to raise money for the ARRCC charity.
Police Community Support Officer Dan Bevan has teamed up with Kayleigh Ball, from the Flackley Ash hotel in Peasmarsh, to take up the challenge of Sunday March 16.
Dan, 32, is usually seen patrolling Rye town, Rye Harbour and Playden and cycling around the area on his Police Smith and Weston mountain bike.
He and Kayleigh will be running the 13 miles to raise money for ARRCC, a day centre based in Kiln Drive, where adults with physical disabilities enjoy a range of activities including: archery, art, mosaics, IT, creative writing, music, ...
