A David Justice solo home run was all the Atlanta Braves needed to prevail in a 1-0 win over the Cleveland Indians in Game 6 of the recent World Series. The best-of-seven series concluded at Fulton County Stadium in Atlanta with the Braves winning four games to two.
After two unsuccessful appearances in the '90s, the Braves finally won the Series. The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Braves in 1992 and the Minnesota Twins defeated them in 1991.
Justice, who admitted to feeling the most pressure he ever felt in his life, got hold of a Jim Poole fast ball in the sixth inning and launched it high over the right field wall.
