Again led by the talents of 6-foot Jen Wehner, Cooperstown (24-0) remained the only unbeaten girls basketball team in Section III with a come-from-behind 55-42 victory over Beaver River in the Class C championship game at Onondaga Community College Saturday.
Wehner netted 18 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead the Redskins into a state regional playoff game at 3 p.m. Saturday against Section IV champion Tioga (16-6) at Cicero-North Syracuse High.
