DALLAS -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today the successful completion of its Odyssey Case Manager software implementation in the Criminal Division of the Michigan Third Judicial Circuit. The Criminal Division now has 200 users live with Odyssey Case Manager.
