The future origin of our meat and dairy produce is under increasing scrutiny as two calves from the UK's first cloned cow go to market.
The RSPCA has branded cloning for food production ethically unjustifiable' and is calling for an immediate ban.
Tomorrow (Wednesday 5 March) Dundee Paradise, the calf of a cloned prize-winning Holstein cow, is due to go on sale alongside her brother, Dundee Paratrooper. The two animals are the first offspring of cloned animals to be born on British farms.
