PEABODY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 1995--Xerox today announced its support for Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows NT operating systems with the immediate availability of its TextBridge Application Programmer Interface (API).
The 32-bit API, which utilizes Xerox' Document Recognition Technology (DocuRT) engine, enables developers to seamlessly integrate high-end optical character recognition (OCR) capabilities into their applications.
