Tetra Tech Awarded Remediation Program
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- LNR Property Corporation (LNR) and Hopkins Real Estate Group (HREG) announced today that work has started on the Avalon at South Bay, a mixed-use retail and residential project on a former landfill site in Carson, Calif. Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) has been awarded the contract to design, construct and operate remedial systems in preparation for development.
The project, located along the 405 freeway between Avalon and Del Amo Boulevards, will encompass 168 acres consisting of more than one million square feet of retail space, more than 1,300 residential units and 300 hotel rooms.
