DETROIT LAKES, Minn., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynamic Homes, Inc. (Nasdaq: DYHM) today announced the acquisition of all the stock of Shagawa Resort, Inc., which owns a Holiday Inn Sun Spree Resort under construction in Ely, Minn. Ely is a primary tourist access point into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
The Company built and delivered this modular project according to contract terms earlier this year. The project's construction management firm incurred substantial cost overruns due to on-site construction difficulties unrelated to Dynamic's performance.
