The work of the ACEI Diversity Committee is characterized by the following values statement:
The Diversity Committee values diversity and is dedicated to promoting respect, equality, and social justice for diverse populations, including ethnic, cultural, religious, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, age, and socio-economic differences, not only within the organization but also encompassing all professionals and preprofessionals working with and for children, adolescents, and their families by pursuing a better understanding of culturally and linguistically responsive practices.
