AS LONG as we are alive and breathing, we are always plagued by some stress or the other.

At times our stress is low, when we are resting, for example, at other times it's high, when we're experiencing some conflict.

Stress is inevitable and our stress level is never at zero. A very high or a very low stress level is harmful.

A high stress level for an extended period can lead to physiological problems, for example, ulcers, headaches and muscle pain. But boredom on the other hand can be equally stressful.
