ACQUISITIONS
TriMas Corp., Bloomfield Hills, announced its Cequent group acquired Parkside Towbars, in Western Australia. Parkside Towbars manufacturers and distributes towbars, hitches, roofbars and other related vehicle accessories. Cequent is also a designed, manufacturer, and marketer of vehicle accessories. Parkside Towbars will be integrated with Cequent's established business in Australia, operating under the brand of Hayman Reese.
