WHAT a difference a week makes.
The Ex travelled to Melton on Sunday to face league leaders Cutting Room who hadn't dropped a point so far this season.
The Uppingham side were already motivated by the disappointment and berating from the previous week's lack-lustre performance.
With O'Neal and Ratcliffe absent and Keogh made captain for the first time in a 25-year career, the Ex took the game to their opponents.
Thomas and Jones were attacking the hosts down the left flank at will, however, the final product was once again all too lacking.
