LIMA, Peru - At an auto repair shop in the neighborhood of La Victoria, in Lima, Peru, you will not only find spare parts for your car, but also a group of transvestites and a Catholic priest talking about HIV/AIDS prevention.

Lima Diesel serves as the home of the Our Lady of the Door Community, a group of 35 transvestites who meet each week with an Italian priest, Fr. Italo Scoccia, and a group of Good Shepherd sisters to talk about their lives, share experiences and receive information about HIV/AIDS and free condoms.
