Co-op hosting classes
Honest Weight Food Co-op in Albany will host a series of classes this month. All are free, open to the public and will be held in the community room at 484 Central Ave.
Living Gluten-Free. 1-3 p.m. Saturday. Amy Pagano, a registered dietitian, will share information about celiac disease and other reasons people may be on a gluten-free diet.
Starting Seeds. Noon-2 p.m. Sunday. Plant and produce buyer, Gayle Anderson, will teach how to take a seed out of its package and help it grow into a vibrant plant.
Eat Good Fats. 6-7 p.m. Wednesday. Discover which fats are healthful.
