NEW YOM( (FNS) - Basketball star Patrick Ewing is looking to slam dunk four of his former business partners he clams cost him $28 million by selling Ewing brand footwear and accessories to the mass market.
Ewing charged Next Sports Inc. and four of its officers with violating the licensing deal by selling outside the U.S. and to "discounters, flea markets and other low-end outlets."
